that provides services electronically and stores and accesses information in
Users’ devices via the Website;
b) Website – website run by the Administrator at:

c) User – end user or subscriber within the meaning of the Act of July 16, 2004
r. Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 171, item 1800, as amended);
c) Profiling – any form of automated data processing
